"We have been eagerly anticipating seeing Sam Barber for years! The seating at the venue consisted of conference chairs, even for the front rows. There should have been an additional slide show behind Sam Barber to avoid having to look off to the side of the stage. We were expecting more ventriloquism and less about his journey to Vegas. We appreciated his recognition of our armed forces, local police, and fire department. That was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, $160 for 2 seats did not justify the cost.
Lastly, and equally important, the performance took place on Yom Kippur, a day of fasting and atonement for sins, the holiest of Jewish holidays. Perhaps someone should check the calendar next time."
